Organizational culture is underlying assumptions, values, beliefs, and interactive way that contributes to building unique organizational psychology and social environment. It includes the organization's vision, mission, values, norms, habits, language, symbols, systems, processes, and procedures. It defines the appropriate behavior of the organization in various situations or circumstances. Organizational culture greatly impacts how people interact with each other, stakeholders, and clients.
The goal of the project is to create a better world in which we live and work. Promote diversity and inclusion and educate people on the meaning and importance of unity and its advantages. United, we can grow by keeping everyone's values, pride, and belief. It will save our history and historical places and guide us to generate a better work and social environment we live in. It will make our present and future better and more stressless. Respecting every Culture, Belief, Religion, History, and Place will provide peace of mind for everyone. This project will contribute to creating a happy, healthy, and helpful environment in the world.
We live in a technologically predominating world. Technology is used in every field, putting and adding more and more information every day at our fingerprints. We will discuss how technology plays a vital role in forecasting the organization’s objectives’ growth.
Evaluation of capacity in an organization is necessary for continuous improvement to achieve the organization's vision, mission, and value. It helps to keep the organization efficient, effective, and on top in the competitive market. It makes the organization more productive with minimal use of resources.
All conflicts are not resolvable, but Forgiveness in unresolved conflict is about you feeling better and reliving yourself from sadness, hurt, anger, anxiety, and negative impact on mental health. Let’s take an example by assessing an unresolved conflict and working toward forgiveness for a healthy happy life and work environment.

It is a platform that academicians and practitioners can use in academic and non-academic fields. The beauty of this modal is that it is very successful in both andragogy and pedagogy techniques of learning, teaching, training, and consuming knowledge. It is a platform for researchers, scholars, and practitioners to consume existing knowledge, find gaps, and try to fill some of them in each occurrence of the LACGC model.
